So let’s start to talk about “Devil’s Night”. I must confess that I expected more about this episode. C’mon, it is dedicated to Halloween, it shoud have been so scaring, but I think it was a little bit boring and so no-sense. In the episode we can see Alex that bring with her Holden. But she understands he has something wrong. When Alex opens the curtains of the window he says that the sun makes feel him tired and when she touches him, he is very cold. I think her mother understood that Holden is dead, but alive? And when she goes to give him a fruit juice, he killed the poor dog … nooo! L But I think that I don’t get is, they are not like the typical vampire figure, they don’t have fangs, but how is it possible that this blond child sucks blood from the dog if he doesn’t even have a glove?

Shocked from what she had seen, she decides to go to visit Holden’s other mother: the Countess. Here Elizabeth makes one of her philosophical talks and says that she saved her son. She is not intentioned to give her back Holden, but she proposes her the immortality. Alex wants to kill her when all at once Tristan came and pushes her down. And Elizabeth said: “Let her go …”

Let’s see what this Devil’s Night is about. John, the detective that doesn’t understand that this hotel is not normal, goes to the shelter confessions, the bar. But this time there isn’t on his back Sally, but a new character: Alieen Wuornos, a prostitute serial killer who killed seven men. When I watched her the first time I thought she was funny with her pissed hair, but when I discovered that she really existed … I shitted my pants! That is so scaring that Ryan chose to put real killers into this unrealistic set.
But the most scaring thing of this episode is when John is invited to Mr. March dinner’s and there we find out the all the guests have existed FOR REAL!!! Shit! This dinner is held every year for the night of Halloween and it is a sort of meeting where Mr. March gives them advices for their murders. And of course all of them are dead.

But why did the founder of the Hotel Cortez decided to invite a stupid detective? Does he want he becomes one of them, or just to take fun of him? In fact, at the end Sally comes and she makes him believe that he was drunk and what he had seen was just an illusion.

The scene I liked most: All the Alieen’s parts
I really loved this coming-back of Lily Rabe. She is always outstanding how she interpreted the different roles thought the AHS seasons, and in this season she confirmed her talent. She was unrecognizable.

The scene I liked less: JOHN LOWE!
I am very sorry for this character, but I think he is becoming very boring in the season. He should be the main character, the one who discovers secrets in the Hotel, instead it is her daughter who discovered everything. Mr. and Mrs. Lowe, believe Scarlett at some points!

Mark: 7 –
I liked this episode only because there was Lily Rabe, and she saved and slayed it, otherwise they could through it away. There wasn’t any connection with the former episodes and then, where were all the other characters? Iris, Donavon, the amazing Ramona Royale? I wanted to see them. And what about Sally? We see her only few times in every season, I want to see more Paulson. I hope she will be more present in the upcoming episodes.

Hoping that the next episode, called "Room Service" will be more interesting, here the promo

Don't miss the new episode on Wednesday ;)
